Has the seller made the refund? What's shown in Taobao system? You should receive a message when there is a refund triggered by the seller.
Sometimes it takes more than a week for the refund to be credited to your credit card.

Experts, is this normal? Where is it stuck now? Abx shows ntg.

I have a parcel which has arrived in Malaysia by sea and supposedly to be delivered by SkyNet. I have been checking their tracking online and there was no return. Their inefficient customer service too hung up by call several times.

Maybe pending Malaysia custom clearance, just wait few more days.

Yes seller made the refund but bank side not yet done credit back the refund to my credit card.

Agree waiting since 11/12. Dunno whats the issue.

You are correct. Stuff got delivered today. Thats really surprising for me. I thought the stuff still in China lol. Thanks for the info!

Anyway, there's no skynet mark on the box, only ZTO (中通) sticker on top of SF. And I dunno who delivered cos Im not the one who receive at home. And skynet cannot track these few days. Maybe they not using skynet anymore and got their own delivery here?

Unfortunately my parcel tracking shows 到件掃描 since 18 Dec, yet it was not even delivered until now by the inefficient SkyNet.

"到件掃描" should be means "Collection", Skynet collected your parcel, not yet delivery.

Not surprising that Skynet is so damn slow as they haven't even delivered the parcel after 4 days of collection. GDExpress is so much better.

Seriously? Mine arrive later than you but already moving fast.

Skynet is just terrible.

Mine is handle by Skynet, with tracking number starting as 6000

why lazada sea shipment so expensive? i got 1 item with 1.4kg (Not that big box) but that alone cost me chinese yuen 43 is this normal? Because it expensive compare to air shipment.

I not sure what happen to gdex, my tracking number not updated in system but yet in taobao show received. Previously handle by Skynet is much better than GDex.
Should I report to taobao or call gdex for what happening?

I've tried all couriers available on taobao. And I am most impressed with 4px. If you notice 4px's rate is the most expensive, but I got my shipments in like 6 or 7 days. That's heavenly, just like shopping from Malaysia. I don't know why people say 4px partner is abx as all my 4px parcels use airpak. Which is good. What I like the most about 4px is it sends me SMS notification whenever my item arrives at the warehouse in China and when my item is our for delivery.

DEX is good too. Its local partner is GDEX, which is very efficient. But the lack of SMS notification and it typically takes 9 to 10 days.

All in all, sometimes I think it depends on your luck as well. My tips is to never buy so many things at once. Customs won't have the time to check everything, but when your package is big or heavy, it stands out, and more likely to be inspected, hence detained.
