got 1 question and need your guy help to advise.

1. Pre order 1 item in taobao on last year August 2016 and paid shipping using taobao global direct shipping.
2. Now i have discuss with the taobao seller to cancel my item due to some reason and got my refund back from the item i paid but how to i get back my money paid for the taobao global direct shipping?

is a toy anyway just check the logistics agent told me about system tracking update delay issue and so will update me again later for my item.

ya done thanks is their update tracking system issue on warehouse so the delay happen.

got 1 question is it possible the warehouse calculate wrong shipping fee for my item as i try buy the same item and same seller which using taobao global direct shipping fee is RMB43 instead in warehouse (Skynet) they calculate the shipping fee as RMB64. Thanks
