My 4PX shipments paid on 4 Dec still not arrived. Search hardwarezone and found out that lots of 4px shipments were delayed due to 11.11 backlogs. Contact 4px on taobao and aliwangwang either no reply at all or give standard answer like still clearing customs, please be patient
Worst experience I had so far with taobao.

ordered mine on 11.11, received items on 12.12

and numerous follow up with 4px and tmall cs

Avoid ZTO... It is link to Skynet.

My 4px shipment arrived in customs 12/2, but no updates till now (so far it has been 12 days).
4px customer service has been replying standard replies, keep telling: please wait for clearance, customs delay out of their hands... etc

No more 4px in future.

anyone use 酷悠悠PRouter? is it the same with Lazada Air Freight?

I felt skynet is quite good. at least they have valid tracking system is better than lazada air. after customs malaysia, it will always appear on their tracking system.

all my items from 11.11 taobao finally completely arrive yesterday. they split to two batches. one received last week, one this week. all sent by Skynet. I selected ABX.

as for 11.11 ezbuy, also receive yesterday 1 batch. the other batch - one item in w/hse because one item not yet even purchase since 11.11. told customer service to cancel that not yet purchase. The c/s even said now ezbuy got issue with tmall, taobao, 1688.. jd, mogujie and beibei is okay. seems like alibaba blocking them. I think avoid ezbuy for now until they sort things out.

Experience with ZTO? Well... quite good actually, meet my expectation (same as PRouter)
All my order placed on 11/11 arrived before 14/11, after combined shipping their system show parcel sent out from warehouse on 15/11, by 17/11 the it showed parcel arrived in Subang.
For me, for ZTO on shipping + customer service (via aliwangwang) + tracking =

Too bad their partner in M'sia is Skynet, which I totally disappoint with their service.
- Poor tracking system (still show in Subang two days after I collected from warehouse myself)
- Nobody answer the call
- Few customer angry/pissed off after they told them parcel cannot be found, they already wait there for more than two hours earlier.
- Their warehouse staff keep blame on not enough people, cannot arrange delivery even the parcel arrived a week ago.

It was good two years ago with Skynet and I was happy with their service... but now? Nah...

my 12/12 package using tgds already flying here, quite prompt; maybe less shoppers then 11/11

The only way to track is on taobao if the parcel is still in China. You can check on GDex once it arrive Malaysia.

I have a shipment using Lazada Air, paid on 12 Dec, shipped out same day, landed and cleared Kastam on 14 Dec! (will update later when delivered)

My 2 other separate shipments with 4PX stuck at Kastam since 9 Dec, both 4PX and Air Pak say nothing they can do with the delay.

My Lazada Air's shipment came in later and cleared without delay, therefore it shows the efficiency of the local courier i.e. GDex.

I think the delay is mainly caused by the courier company being inefficient and incompetent in moving the goods to clear Kastam. They can say due to a lot of goods and silly excuses blah blah blah, but at the end of the day it's their incompetency.

So far only tried DEX-ABX.. cheapest among available option..
DEX usually use ABX, sometimes GDex and Skynet if too much parcels..
so far so good..never lost any of my orders since 2015..

I have once received the parcel within 4 days after placing order from Taobao, that was the fastest Taobao direct shipping service I ever got.

lol..u still able to use Lazada Air? mine totally removed from the courier list

my 11.11 parcel using 4px stuck at custom for clearance, airpak now send me the invoice for that, custom tax only rm50+ gst, but additional charges of rm60 and handling fee rm30.. wtf..

AVOID 4PX
