What is TGDS again?

global.Taobao.com only use COE, I bought 5-6 times already, every-time the tracking they gave me in China are coming from COE International and in Malaysia they use Skynet to ship to me.

If you want to use DEX, you need to use the original China website, www.Taobao.com. Even you use Apps on Android also got 2 right? One is Global, one is Standard Taobao.

I think happened to me once last year, then got shipped back to malaysia
Forgot what the item was laugh.gif
Contacted dex to see what the problem was, and they said they'll take care of it
I remember now, it had some electronic items with coin batteries included

It wasn't dex, tgds handled it
Everything included, package was not opened.

Anyone know any other method to contact tgds/zhongtong?
Tried chat with then using taobao client but still no response
Got a package that's no update since last monday dry.gif

Already check on skynet and still nothing

Update - Contacted zto chat and apparently there's another fight delay since the 5th, weather problems maybe?
Anyway, they'll continue shipping tomorrow

Don't worry. As long your item are there, it eventually will come and is the matter of time. I been through Kastam delay for 1 weeks.

Guys, how does revpay provide refund back to you if there's problem with transaction?
I was checking out multiple out items at once and right before I was about to pay the seller gave a bit of discount for one of the items.

Anyway i tried to redo payment but the total is as same before which should be less but I paid for it anyway since not much difference.
And now the problem is, that item that just got discounted by seller previously was still not considered as pending payment even after payment done.

So I basically paid a second time since obviously there was glitch with the previous transaction. So I should contact revpay regarding this? Provide transaction details/screenshots and everything?
Btw I was using online banking

Hi guys, I have a URGENT enquiry (plan to place order b4 1212 promo end midnight).

For first-time I considering placing order under Taobao Consolidation, previously I was using Direct, but the quotation seem quite high CNY220 for (9 cloths, 2 shoes, 3 pants, 2 cap), none is heavy object.

So my question is if lastly Consolidation quotation is higher, am I allow to switch back to Direct?

consolidation means when the items arrived at the warehouse and they weigh them. based on weight they will quote you the shipping fee and you have to pay before they can proceed to deliver.
i doubt you can change the delivery method because tgds and consolidation are different warehouses if not mistaken...

i certainly know my consolidate price might cheaper, just worry for 2 pair of shoes which pack in boxes, where they will count on count differently for shoe box size cry.gif
