just to check if anyone encounter this.

In the past, I always use 4px for consolidate with no hassle. Then, last week when I did some purchases, it seems that they don't let me to select the global consolidate and shipping. If i choose global consolidate, all the items on on the order page, (listed according to suppliers) all turn into EMS. If not,if you choose local delivery (which supposed to be going to be the consolidate warehouse),they don't let you choose the global consolidate and shipping.

Hah, I choose local delivery and terus bayar. Then they come back to me and said they cannot deliver to Malaysia. (Which like I said, they don't let me select the global consolidate and hence, the warehouse address in china didn't appear).

In the end, everything asked for refund.

The funny thing is, I have never encountered this in the past.

Just to check did anyone have the same experience? or Did i missed out something on the taobao site?

Hi all sifu2 here, I just paid all the item. Then 1 seller approach me from chat said the item didn't send out to overseas. Anyone encounter this issue before? She told me to apply for refund. But I thought they only send to the warehouse address?
This is my first time using consolidate(ABX) and before this mostly used TGDS.

Can I ask is headlight bulb like H4, H7 bulb considered as sensitive item? Trying to bring in few but the shipping method (TGDS and Consolidate) is greyed out not available.

Some items gets restricted to buy on browser for some reason, but you can still buy on app. Unless it's really sensitive items like big batteries/powerbanks
Also, better shipping fee rates on mobile app

I bought car part using TGDS from double crown seller, after 2 days still not sent out by seller. Have click the "remind seller to ship" button. How long does taobao allow the seller before ship out??

It depends on the seller on when they can ship the item that you have purchased. I would advised you to contact the seller through the chat directly to ask them about it. Worse to worst case if the seller didn't respond at all, you can request for refund

So far no problem with dex, I did have one item still hold by kastam because apparently there was no invoice. Called abx about this and they should be delivering it this week
