would like to ask, tabao global direct shipping no longer available anymore?..seems doesn't have option to choose it anymore...havent been buying anything for few months..and now taobao cargo is the only option

previously no problem..been using tgds all the while as the shipping fee is shown straight away..no need guessing..
but now i dont have this option...so have to go with cargo..
using dex-abx..coz cheapest from others...hopefully it doesnt give me problem..1st time using cargo...fingers crossed..

Dex is ok, cheap and reliable so far
They use abx but sometimes they handover items to gdex, if your tracking number starts around 8xxxxx it's gdex

Revpay, still less charges at 1.5℅

Use prouter, contact their taobao chat support (https://prouter.taobao.com/)
Ask if the warehouse can accept that item, request prouter address and provide that info to the selller. Once item arrived to prouter warehouse, contact their customer support and provide the tracking no/taobao order number. They'll process that item and quote shipping charges for you.
So basically you have to do this manually and not really automated like with tqds/cargo system.

I haven't asked 4px and skynet option yet, but dex doesn't provide this kind of service for item not available for our location.

1. Pre order 1 item in taobao on last year August 2016 and paid shipping using taobao global direct shipping.
2. Now i have discuss with the taobao seller to cancel my item due to some reason and got my refund back from the item i paid but how to i get back my money paid for the taobao global direct shipping?

I thought is the same method like how you talk to seller ask for refund? Just go to your direct shipping there, there have customer support, talk to them. lemme know which part you dont understand how.
