Check the packaging of your replacement SP3. It should come with an address to send your faulty unit back.

Hmph...That's strange. How about the courier airway bill? The sender's address and phone number there. Phone that number and see?

Pretty weird. I sent my Surface 2 in for a replacement unit and what they did was ask me to wrap it up in a sealed box with only the Surface in it and they had a dispatch arrive to my doorstep to pick it up.

Maybe you should contact them again and ask them about the address that you should ship it to.

I accidentally drop my Surface Pro 3 today and crack.

I didn't have the Complete Warranty because when i bought this, the seller didnt know about it. I have normal Warranty for now .

What should i do

Is the crack serious? If the crack is not very visible but your surface screen not functioning anymore, maybe you can called Microsoft Malaysia Care Line and told them about your screen problem. Don't directly told them you drop the device.
Normally, they will ask you to send back to them for checking if you done all their troubleshooting steps. They will assign a courier company to pick up the surface from you. Then, you will have to wait for their check and the replacement unit. Charge or no charge for the replacement unit is depend on their check.
Above is just my humble opinion. Hope it helps you.

What do you mean by complete and normal warranty?

Gorilla glass 3 apparently not so strong in SP3 might because strong chassis (less flexible to absorb shock end up most energy been transferred to glass)
But if you see gorilla glass 4 test vs 3 in youtube it had improve drastically
Can stand 90+ degree bend

Wow...This looks serious. But you will still need to call Microsoft Hotline and tell them about this. I don't think outside shop will able to fix the surface for you nor the Surface is fixable.
MS Malaysia will get back the unit from you and send you a replacement unit with a charge around RM1xxx. Some forumers do mention about the charge in the forum thread before. Maybe you can search for it in either Version 3 or 4. Hope everything will get well for you

Just got a call from MS store in The Gardens. My SP4 preorder is ready for collection! Gonna pick it up tonight, cant wait!
