Is the crack serious? If the crack is not very visible but your surface screen not functioning anymore, maybe you can called Microsoft Malaysia Care Line and told them about your screen problem. Don't directly told them you drop the device.
Normally, they will ask you to send back to them for checking if you done all their troubleshooting steps. They will assign a courier company to pick up the surface from you. Then, you will have to wait for their check and the replacement unit. Charge or no charge for the replacement unit is depend on their check.

My SP3 got scratches on the screen. Now I need to put screen protector even it is too late. At least I can hide the scratches (sakit hati woo).

Anyone knows where can I get one?

i think u missed out the context of everything I am trying to say here.
if you have a TC3, and do not have a mech keyboard -- the mech keyboard is a better investment.
the mech keyboard can be something you plug ur SP into at work or at home; using the TC3 on the go till it give way (then u upgrade to TC4).

having 2 mech keyboard (1 mini one), i chose the TC4 myself for the mobility factor when I am out.
at home/ work, I just use my mechs.

I get you, but he's asking if it's a right choice to upgrade to the TC4. So to do a comparison as such is pretty irrelevant. I get what you mean, though.
