Seeking for HELP!! I received a replacement Surface Pro 3 from Microsoft but the problem is where should i send back the faulty unit??I contacted and Microsoft replied me "You should receive a shipping label and just re-use the packaging of the replacement device to send the original device back to Microsoft." but how....i been keeping the faulty unit almost 2 week... sorry for bad grammar below is the box i received
