but in sarawak here.. most place u need to swipe 50 minimum transactions where in kl most of the merchant dont have limits set

If you want to be extreme, you can also pay RM 0.01 or RM 0.10 for your phone bills...
Anyway, you can always chuck in other transactions (petrol is excluded), for e.g. Departmental is not covered by most of the cards.

any suggesstion for balance transfer of 5K plus ? probably zero insterest plan for 6 months..

Public Bank - min. 6k 0% for 6 months and no documents required to do BT.

Maybank 2 cards is now useless. No more cash back for amex on weekends except for dining.

Any other cash back cards to recommend?

you mean you want to apply another cc just for bt purpose to transfer your debt there? if yes, you may try any aeon cc or any pbb cc. they offering 0% for bt.

Yes, that's what i'm planning to do.. this CC is really horror... i want to close off the existing one and just finished the debt within 18months with the BT
PB is only offering for 6months...

Aeon is also 6 months. These days 0% hardly will have 12 months and no chance for 18 months.

If I rmb correctly, maybank has a ok rate for balance transfer for 12m and 24m

It's not 0% but better than getting charged 18%
