I am quite curious if the pricing of the Asus Strix GTX OC (be it GTX1080 or GTX1070) in Taiwan (where Asus HQ is located at) would be the cheapest since it would be almost directly from the factory.

That's assuming the factory is in Taiwan, and assuming you can get it directly from factory.

The secret's out. That's how I got most of my US stuff from. I rather pay a straight 7% SG flat rate on everything tax than the <insert whatever random number % tax Malaysian customs want> here. I can plan my figures that way. Plus more online stores with better selection of items ship to Singapore than Malaysia.

Anybody tuning in to EA's Battlefield 1 multiplayer livestream? Graphics look freaking incredible, gameplay super fun as well! This game may be the catalyst to push folks into investing for a 1070/1080 finally. Weather effects, and the rain soaking up and turning ground to mud, sticking to the weapons, destruction details when the zeppelin crashes into the wartorn houses,.....it's a freaking warzone!

High speed train tickets tend to be expensive... Maybe cheaper to get here if intend to take high speed train.

I'm currently staying in SG, and I'm going to build a new Rig in SG. But I have checked all the prices and I did not get the SGD600+ in any of the shops in SG.
