I'm also quite afraid on this matter because Majlis in this area sucks and does not properly maintain the infra. Just look at Sg Buloh area, poorly maintained. We'll see how it goes hmm

Somehow Gamuda will have to work closely with MPS to maintain it (and vice versa) since their whole project is stretched up to 20yrs, so their Infra and maintenance works will definitely give a first impression to the upcoming buyers

Anyhow, I came to collect key for RSKU Danau Ria (My father bought this house) today, so far everything progress so fast for Jovita and Joya. I heard from Agent also today it is confirmed that Jaya Grocer (not Star Grocer), Petron Petrol Station will come to Garden Square.

Thanks. You are very observant. Funny that their PR team didnt mention the 2 names as rhey are big names. For jaya grocer, heaed from the sales stadd. Originally rhey announcerd star grocer during launch but heard subsequently jaya agreed - they initially didnt as they agreed to open at emerald rawang. All these hearsay ya

Years ago there were hoarding ads all over the place of KFC, Mr. DIY, 7-eleven etc. coming into GG. That was during pre-Covid and the rest was history wink.gif

You are objectively wrong , Rawang is a big place , where exactly are you talking about ? Literally , from my current home ( Rawang ) it is 28 km to KLCC , 31 minutes .

From Semenyih , that would take 35 km and 39 minutes .

Distance is not the only factor choosing a home and not everyone need to travel to klcc

1- Yes , lets talk about gamuda gardens and stop picking the longest route . The fastest route from GG to KLCC is 34km . U cherry picked bandar teknologi kajang also is a tie at 34km as well .


2- Semenyih to Cheras is 29km , at its shortest point is also around 20km +- . Semenyih to putrajaya also around 25km . Like this also nearby city ka ?
