1- Yes , lets talk about gamuda gardens and stop picking the longest route . The fastest route from GG to KLCC is 34km . U cherry picked bandar teknologi kajang also is a tie at 34km as well .
2- Semenyih to Cheras is 29km , at its shortest point is also around 20km +- .

Bro dont bullshit to save face la . Do u know with 23km , gamuda garden can reach one utama already ?

By your logic 20+km is nearby right ? Then GG got pj nearby bro , semenyih got putrajaya only ar ?

Clearly this joker doesn’t know what he’s talking about .

Ps - you’re clearly making a blanket statement on Rawang but you’re picking on GG as u know its one of the niche parts of Rawang . From your last sentence , you are clearly whacking rawang as a whole .

Let me tell u again , rawang is a big place , do u know that Setia eco templer rawang to KLCC is only 22km ? Shocked right ? A whole 12km closer to KLCC than your favorite place , yet u talk as if rawang is worse than semenyih . Bro , rawang nearby got KLCC leh , u ada ? 😂

Nowadays all the new launching project is refer to nearby Aeon Rawang. Around 35 to 40km to klcc

No meaning compared Setia Eco Templer to Semenyih.
Million up landed....is not the same category to compare.

We talking about Gamuda Gardens

Gamuda Gardens to KLCC is 40km

Bandar Tek. Semenyih for example to KLCC is only 34km

Semenyih got nearby big cities like Cheras and Putrajaya/Cyberjaya

Nearby Rawang got what? Kundang? Sg Buloh?
*
Dey, even the properties in Kundang will have 'Rawang' stated as part of their address (Kundang, Rawang). The same goes for some parts of Kuang.

You clearly and absolutely have no idea about Rawang.

The point is not Setia Eco templer , read again .

Secondly , Setia Eco is just an example , there are way cheaper examples in Templer Park Rawang , same distance to Klcc . Hope that clarifies .

Third , i can use any examples in Rawang i want since he is talking about rawang as a whole being inferior to semenyih . Why must i use examples near Anggun ?

Fourth , just so u know , even if you want to restrict locations , I’ll use Eco Majestic to klcc since you said new launchings only , it is 39km . . If i use Setia ecohill , its 39km , if we’re talking about setia ecohill 2 , even further at 45km to klcc . Anggun ( taman sari ) to klcc is only 34 km

Looks like i have to explain it clearer because it seems that u do not understand , the stig guy is saying semenyih nearby got cheras putrajaya and etc while rawang has nothing . (Post #936 )

Im saying that rawang is actually closer to KL than he imagines , hence the templer example .

It has nothing to do with categories or prices .

Even if u diedie want to state prices , both eco majestic and setia ecohill has landed over a million as well .

Not sure why u so against props in Rawang/GG.

Distance is not the only factor choosing a home and not everyone need to travel to klcc

Even if they do, it's not much different compared to Semenyih la

Not against Rawang lor but just answering someone claim that “there is no other place that close to KL” as justifications to dump their money there. That is wrong statement and i give Semenyih just an example

Im talking about Gamuda Gardens claimed to the last “near KL” property
Im just stating the facts that there is plenty of development in Semenyih that actually nearer to KL

And whatever you said about Kundang and Kuang, they are not matured area compared to like Bangi, Kajang or Putrajaya that near Semenyih

Rawang is pretty isolated and it will take time to develop so i dont agree with the statement that Rawang will boom fast as it is “last large land near KL” that some forummer here claimed

My post is about someone claim that Gamuda Gardens is the only new place to buy house as it is “nearest to KL”

I just stated there is plenty of new development in Semenyih is nearer KL and it surrounded with matured areas compared to Gamuda Gardens

Simply said - there is plenty of new places that nearer to KL and GG is not the “last place available” that someone here claimed

Why you so tight and uppity until want to drag setia eco templar here lol

I think everything boils down to your definition of "KL". Which part of KL you are mostly referring to?

To be honest, it's just a stone throw away from GG all the way to Jalan Duta (and subsequently Publika, Desa Sri Hartamas etc.). All it takes is just a single highway with a single toll fee.

FYI, Rawang is not isolated (again, you are stereotyping based on your own definition of 'Rawang'). Are you referring to the Serendah part of Rawang? Or Antara Gapi perhaps?

Feel free to drop by to the Anggun area in the coming days and see for yourself how 'isolated' the shops and crowds are over there.

Tbh, only buyers who regret buy outskirts need to argue/placate themselves by using "stone throwaway from city centre", "one highway only", "xxx KM only" argument. Sudah sign agreement, just make peace and go on with life

Every place has its pros and cons. What is good for Tom may not be good for Dick and Harry. For me, GG is a nice place for retirement or if my workplace is nearby or in PJ and I don't have to clock in 8.30 or 9 am sharp. But i work in KL and i think GG is overpriced for the location. Others may disagree for good reasons. Still....when we went to the showroom, my wife really liked the place and was pushing me to book one...

To be frank i do not like GG . As much as i hate to say this . There is a big spillover of “people of a lower economic class” from neighbouring locations and it is spoiling the vibe there , specially on weekends .

Used to drive to KL to work everyday from Rawang to KL before covid times... you will be cursing if you are not used to it. I have been working from home since MCO though. My brother who stay with me and need to drive to KL say that it is getting worse compared before covid times.

those who plan to buy a house here and drive to KL to work, please take some days of leave. Come Rawang area and test drive to KL in the morning. If you can pass that test, buy whatever you fancy here.

Agreed , Rawang literally has NKVE rawang exit (Anggun) , NKVE Rawang (S) ( GG ) , templer-jln ipoh , Latar highway , Serendah - Templer Bypass route .

And for folks staying near Mayplastic area , they can use NKVE 117 sungai buaya .
