You are objectively wrong , Rawang is a big place , where exactly are you talking about ? Literally , from my current home ( Rawang ) it is 28 km to KLCC , 31 minutes .

From Semenyih , that would take 35 km and 39 minutes .

1- Yes , lets talk about gamuda gardens and stop picking the longest route . The fastest route from GG to KLCC is 34km . U cherry picked bandar teknologi kajang also is a tie at 34km as well .


2- Semenyih to Cheras is 29km , at its shortest point is also around 20km +- . Semenyih to putrajaya also around 25km . Like this also nearby city ka ?

Let me tell u again , rawang is a big place , do u know that Setia eco templer rawang to KLCC is only 22km ? Shocked right ? A whole 12km closer to KLCC than your favorite place , yet u talk as if rawang is worse than semenyih .

Again , going by your logic , 20km+- is considered nearby city right ? Then rawang is nearby KLCC leh . Semenyih ada ka ? 😂

The point is not Setia Eco templer , read again .

Secondly , Setia Eco is just an example , there are way cheaper examples in Templer Park Rawang , same distance to Klcc . Hope that clarifies .

Third , i can use any examples in Rawang i want since he is talking about rawang as a whole being inferior to semenyih . Why must i use examples near Anggun ?

Fourth , just so u know , even if you want to restrict locations , I’ll use Eco Majestic to klcc since you said new launchings only , it is 39km . . If i use Setia ecohill , its 39km , if we’re talking about setia ecohill 2 , even further at 45km to klcc . Anggun ( taman sari ) to klcc is only 34 km

Looks like i have to explain it clearer because it seems that u do not understand , the stig guy is saying semenyih nearby got cheras putrajaya and etc while rawang has nothing . (Post #936 )

Im saying that rawang is actually closer to KL than he imagines , hence the templer example .

It has nothing to do with categories or prices .

Even if u diedie want to state prices , both eco majestic and setia ecohill has landed over a million as well .

To be frank i do not like GG . As much as i hate to say this . There is a big spillover of “people of a lower economic class” from neighbouring locations and it is spoiling the vibe there , specially on weekends .

To be honest, it's just a stone throw away from GG all the way to Jalan Duta (and subsequently Publika, Desa Sri Hartamas etc.). All it takes is just a single highway with a single toll fee.

FYI, Rawang is not isolated (again, you are stereotyping based on your own definition of 'Rawang'). Are you referring to the Serendah part of Rawang? Or Antara Gapi perhaps?

Feel free to drop by to the Anggun area in the coming days and see for yourself how 'isolated' the shops and crowds are over there.

Agreed , Rawang literally has NKVE rawang exit (Anggun) , NKVE Rawang (S) ( GG ) , templer-jln ipoh , Latar highway , Serendah - Templer Bypass route .

And for folks staying near Mayplastic area , they can use NKVE 117 sungai buaya .

Visitors to dpc is at least of a higher perceived economic stature than visitors to GG . My own observation , not saying that its the truth .

As much as you hate the word, it's just marketing gimmick. MCDonald also use good looking picture of their burger but when we order also got plain looking burger. If you wanna hate about maturity, not everyone like to live in MATURITY area. It's up to people preferences lol, it's their money anyway. Some work Damansara might love this prop, some work in Cyber might hate this prop. Heck even in GG got someone commute 50KM to Bangi Everyday from Rawang and he's fine with it.

Kalau nak sembang maturity, Kota Damansara dulu pun Ulu Area, Dengkil also ulu area.
Edit: We'll see how it will be going to look in the future. Hopefully the crowd will be like DPC by the time its progress... as I'm one of the owner.

I saw someone posted in the group stating that there will be direct access to Highway to NKVE (refer image) and Gamuda is planning to make no-toll route straight to Anggun Aeon via Kg Sg Serai Kelapa Sawit and at the same time trying to figure out to make entrance to latar and guthrie.

This is the latest info I got.

A direct connection to Anggun will definitely make this place better . Currently my impression on GG is akin to “Oasis in the desert” .
