and FYI, the Sg Serai exit right after Rawang Selatan toll can be used already as there's a small opening for cars to pass through.

Gamuda proj famous of slow cap appreciation even with its nice products. The marketing team sell home for genuine ownstayers not investors. They dont push price in phases...even yes also very minimum.
