Just went to check out the site today. Kinda like it. GG is definitely far from the city but being next to NSE exit is really convenient. From sales gallery to the exit is about 5 minutes drive and about another 10 15 minutes to reach duta.

Currently there's a 5% discount and there's a referral program for purchaser.

Gonna spend some time reading this thread hahhaa

Pls do advise if there's anything that I should be aware before making the booking , TIA

Based on the master plan, it does seems that GG is trying to replicate a self sustainable township. How successful it will be is a separate question haha.
There are 2 mix development area, one near waterfront and one more at the both side of the highway. Suppose to have shops there and also a Garden Mall. The current sales gallery site will sit a new international school. According to SA, the shops at waterfront will be own and handled by gamuda themselves. These will be ready together with phase 1 and 2 delivery. GG is a 15 years development project so when the rest of the amenities will be built and fully functional might be a question though.

Yes, there are road to city without toll, got to go through some kampung though. Ya like you mentioned, probably will only use the toll for work purposes only.

Like the place and the plans but feel the pricing is a little high compared to other leasehold projects.

I don't think this is new. It has been there before GG and phase 1 already completed if not mistaken. Further more this more nearer to kundang estate project rather than GG.

It's not a delay per say, it was promised to be delivered end of this year but actual contracted VP is end of next year 2020.

So it is still well within the contracted date if they deliver next year.

I think it's applicable for the whole phase 1 which includes Aida, nara, lavena and agalia.

Normal la, 3 years for a development project. 2017 launch delivery 2020

I have a Lavena unit as well. One of the reason is the whole township concept. Second reason is the serenity and peacefulness we felt when we went on site. Feels a little bit like my hometown Taiping biggrin.gif

If you are buying, do go through any of the existing buyers as there is a referrer incentive that probably save you few k.

Of course, all depends what kind of lifestyle she is looking for. If she loves life at a faster pace, I do agree GG might not be suitable.

However, if she is looking for a slower pace life GG should be suitable , like earlier comment mentioned say fresher air and peacefulness and most important away from traffic stress lol. There is also a park (walking distance) for daily exercise or some taichi session, she could easily mingle with the local community and make some friends by joining their activities. For basic grocery needs, the GG retail area should suffice and for things you can't get there, a short drive out to nearby town maybe once a week or so should fix it. Could even drive to Damansara, 15-20 minutes away only

Yeah, for now names like tealives, kfc, Mr diy and freshi for grocery is confirmed.
