aiyo now only they make some heat on it... everyone already vested in some other areas liao... last time when i visit rawang for a landed... BTP is the only place in rawang i can afford... but i seriously dont like BTP that location.... somehow... this location seems better than BTP... and Gamuda is the developer instead of lowyat = =

rawang need latar interchange near bandar tasik puteri there... this kuang interchange benefit no one else except gamuda projects anyway... rawang its still better if u work at kepong pj subang selayang... work at kl will be quite torturing for some ppl...

same level of torturing... for those who cant take it... those who seldom drive long distance on a daily basis... or never stuck in car jam like one hour plus everyday.... lol.... i dont recommend anyone working in kl look for all these areas generally... same applies to kajang, semenyih, ES, rimbayu, AI etc etc.... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

nope... its MOT for title transfer... the time i hunting for landed... many leasehold landed projects provide this package... just like my hillpark hse... transfer title without a cent pay... but sure mark up in the SPA price liao la... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

yeah generally the interchange make this location quite desirable.... just that came at a later time.... haha.... but during peak hours.... will the PLUS very jam?
