Zus Coffee, ChaTraMue and Banana Leaf restaurant just start at Gardens Square. More to come. Hopefully will have banks and gadget shop.

Hi all,

I’m currently considering Gamuda Gardens and would like to hear from existing owners or residents.

A few things I’m curious about:
1. Any leaking / defect / workmanship issues after VP?
2. How responsive is Gamuda during the Defect Liability Period (DLP)?
3. Overall living experience vs nearby townships like Elmina or Bandar Sri Coalfields.

Would be great if any owners could share real experiences – both good and bad – to help future buyers (like myself) make a more informed decision.

So far there is defect and some leaking issue for my house but not major and they rectify it, so far my experience defect team response quite fast maybe no of unit is less.

Overall living experience is quite good, environment is good and going out is around 30 to 40 min, nkve access is quite good but I don't work office hours.

Only complain is shops are still limited but is improving, and is expected because is a new township. Compare to other new township I think this is one of the nearest and dpc like concept
