1) go to maxis centre and request for a switch and make sure u clear all your bills

2) You dont need to buy a new simcard

3) your 013 still stay 013 but the service is from maxis.

Yes, can.
What plan/telco are you using now? smile.gif

That means any porting to DiGi prepaid will allow you to have free 365 validity. smile.gif

Using digi but dont want to pay RM30 for 365days validity. tongue.gif

Sure can get 1 year even with new sim card?

Well, it is a very subjective question. smile.gif
Every telco has its own pros and cons. smile.gif

DiGi is cheap but coverage is not so strong compared to other telcos.
So it depends on your needs. smile.gif

Hi,

I'm using Maxis for a long time (5 to 6 years) already.. but now i'm realy not satisfied with Maxis signal.. Certain place the Maxis signal very weak.. for example at my new office.. so I plan to switch to U-Mobile.. coz call rate for U the lowest now for postpaid.. per second rate.. and U have Local Roaming with Celcom..

My question is.. if I switch to U-mobile.. after that.. if let say 1 month I not satisfied with U.. can I just switch back to Maxis.. or others telco.. is there any period that protect the telco to not allow us to simply switch..????

Thanks for the help..

No minimum period stated. Just switch over as often as you like so long you make sure you pay all your dues.

It should be an on-going thing. Come to think of it if they have a time limit it isn't fair to those who considers to switch later on which is after say 2009?.

Shouldn't be any due date. But there is a possibility that there's a minimum period since your last port before you can port again, like only once a month to avoid abuse. Just my guess.
