well since every number could change the telco service provider, should they make it compulsory to have automated voice msg when calling the other person to inform us that the person has changed its provider?

if not we will end up paying more if call to ppl from different telco

Please enlighten me here. What does it matter if you know ur friend is on net or off net?

If you friend is off net then you don't call them anymore? Or u plan to cut the conversation short? Or you send less sms to each other?

Please don't flame me, i was curious because to me no matter what, if i need to call someone i will need to call. It doesn't matter which telco they're using.
