hi, I am planning to port all my 3 U Mobile lines to Tunetalk +Vibe 200. My current U Mobile package is P50 with 2 RM10 sub lines. What is the best way to port out? Port the 2 sub-lines first then only the principal lines? Or doesn't matter - just port all over in one shot? Wanted to talk with Tunetalk Live chat but guess now is off working hours already.

now my turn to experience the nightmare from maxis. submitted port out yesterday and replied to their sms, but no news after that.
this evening, i contacted cs, only to find out my request was rejected. i asked why. first, he said my number wasn't reactivated from ticket reload or online banking. i then showed him my hotlink statement which clearly showed a voucher reload was the latest reload. then, he said my number entered grace period yesterday, nov 4. but i topped up on oct 31, which is clearly indicated on the statement, so active period is till nov 5. ussd and app are both showing nov 5. after that, he went silent for a while and then insisted i should top up again. what if i topup and they keep rejecting using lousy excuses? |

Is there any problem to receive Bank's TAC after MNP? How to solve for Public, RHB and Alliance bank? and how about Credit card TAC? |

btw for umobile, is it need 30 days active period before can port out or as long as it's active during port out can d?
for example, 1st nov newly activated. expiry on 10th. then I didnt topup until 1st dec, topup rm3. can port out? |

been facing some problems with receiving verification code sms from 11street and taobao after porting out from celcom to tunetalk recently.
all banks TAC/code already settled after informing banks. just cant imagine how porting out would affect my number at online merchants. maybe they use different gateway to send sms to different providers but in the first place, is there a main database to inform them what network i am on? currently in contact with 11street CS but taobao CS cant seem to understand my problem This post has been edited by blstz: Nov 17 2017, 08:40 AM |
