been facing some problems with receiving verification code sms from 11street and taobao after porting out from celcom to tunetalk recently.

all banks TAC/code already settled after informing banks.

just cant imagine how porting out would affect my number at online merchants. maybe they use different gateway to send sms to different providers but in the first place, is there a main database to inform them what network i am on?

currently in contact with 11street CS but taobao CS cant seem to understand my problem unsure.gif
