any idea how after port out request will friendi send the confirmation sms? already almost 1 day no sms.

dang. status is still processing on Hotlink side since Saturday resubmission. called Friendi, said no request received yet. i wonder how long should i wait before escalating to MCMC.

after that, he went silent for a while and then insisted i should top up again. what if i topup and they keep rejecting using lousy excuses?

btw for umobile, is it need 30 days active period before can port out or as long as it's active during port out can d?

for example, 1st nov newly activated. expiry on 10th. then I didnt topup until 1st dec, topup rm3. can port out?

anybody port out from umobile to hotlink recently? i ported out on thursday noon, replied the confirmation sms an hour after that, but till now still on umobile.
