which telco did you try?

For me, I switch from Digi --> hotlink ---> digi , no problem with TAC. Immediately can receive TAC from banks.

How many working days since success? As mentioned problem will be okay within 3 working days

Alternatively update the number again at atm/ bank counter...still depend on luck

Yesterday success. Today still same. Last night call bank to reset already but still no luck.
Guess need wait few more days.

if your problem still persirsts, consider MNP back to the major telcos such as Maxis, Digi and Celcom. you won't go wrong with them.

I am not sure about XOX.

Hotlink and Digi has 1 month cooling period. your problem still persists?

Called celcom and been informed need to charge rm60 for name transfer. Went digi and port over both main and supp from celcom to digi. Main port to postpaid rm50 and supp to prepaid. After supp changed again from prepaid to postpaid rm50 under my name. Yay!
