due to public holiday, its will be slow

Anyone know whether the balance for the prepaid will be refunded when we port out? I'm porting out from Maxis Hotlink.

All credit balances is forfeited upon successful porting out. Its the same SOP with all telco.

Any sifu knows how much minimum balance should I leave in Digi Prepaid before I port out to XOX?

AFAIK, the most important thing is that the validity period should be at least 3-5 days. I helped someone mnp from U with only 10 sen balance after we did creditshare and UMI to the max ...... Should be fine leaving at least 1 sen credit in digi prepaid because if you mnp to digi also only get 1 sen credit ....

My Digi MNP to Maxis failed, due to 1 cent credit

Eh, my dad MNP from Digi to Umobile. Successfully ported out and got the message. However his phone keep showing the icon "R" at the signal although data roaming and mobile data is set to off.

Any idea why?

For Umobile the lady said minimum to have RM4 inside and it must be not expired.

Stupid Digi, I top up RM3, now got RM4+ in the line, still reject me saying 1 or more line did not reply to the Sms.

I did type Y to replied the sms. but now it said reject because I didn't reply. What is the problem?

Did you guys think MNP can still be process during weekend or public holiday., I am porting from celcom to tune talk , awaiting to get new sim card before I can start my process port in,

However , my celcom payment is confirm clear , so did my process from celcom to tune talk should be no problem right ?

why dont port to xox for 28mth free validity?

It's normal ..... happens when sms confirmation is delayed or simply got lost in transmission ... Just ask the dealer to re-submit early in the morning ...

When you ask different people how much minimum credit balance in prepaid before can mnp then you will get different answers ... I can confirm that for telco A, C and U, it can be less than RM1 (been there, done that) .....

What I need now is internet , tune talk offer better internet plan .

However , I do wondering how long does it take for this MNp process , it had been 3 days I still didn't receive the new sim card ...

half day to 1 day only.

try to check with your dealer or the telco u wish to port in for the status.
