Hi mates, something unfortunate happened and I am going to travel to Osaka for 11 days alone sweat.gif

I have checked a few website and I believe it takes less than 3-4 day for me to finish visiting attractions in Osaka. I have visited Kyoto/Tokyo last year so I don't think I am going back there in this trip.

Any suggestion that what can I do to finish my time there? (Sigh)

11 days in Osaka is frankly too long. I think you may consider getting JR West Pass (such as Kansai + Hiroshima or Kansai + Hokuriku)........to see a bit more during your 11 day stay?

This wasn't in my consideration until you mentioned it. I will plan and see if there's any attractions in the mentioned areas that attract me hmm.gif Thanks.

Will take that into consideration since I have too many days to spend, although I prefer to visit natural heritages like shrines. Thanks.

Just wondering, is there any good platform besides Agoda to look for accommodation?

TripAdvisor for hotels (aggregates a few other booking sites like booking.com, expedia, japanican etc) for hotels. AirBNB for private housing.

rakuten travel is another good site.
I prefer booking.com > agoda b'cos price is on net basis. what we is see is what we will pay.
other no so normal type of accommodation to consider in japan are capsule hotel, manga café and love hotel. can give it try for curiosity purpose....manga café & love hotel are not advertised in the hotel booking website.

bro, is that necessary to get JR pass?
any other way to travel around Osaka to Nara, then from Osaka to Kyoto, Kyoto to Tokyo without JR Pass?
I will be there 13 days, cheapest JR pass valid for 7 days only, afraid underutilize and have to top up for daily pass somemore.

I`m using CIMB Debit Card to withdraw money from Pos office in Japan..before you fly..you need to activate Oversea at ATM...everything was ok. If you not activate ..you cannot withdraw 7 Eleven ATM. smile.gif
