For me in 2014, it AF was
auto-charged+
auto-waived on 2nd month, after approval.

Not sure nowadays, how HLB charge+waive the AF for year 1.
I suspect HLB purposely charge AF earlier, then auto-waive AF later next few months. Not sure about this. Only way is to ask HLB where is the AF Waiver for year 1.
