Is there any way I can check my selected packages? I know MACH can check via HLB Connect how about Wise? I just want to make sure all my packages were registered correctly.

Using Wise to pay Maxis broadband thru Maxis Pay considered under Mobile?

Let me try to understand this.

Assume that I have activated the card on 22 September 2015. For the first year usage of the card (22 September 2015 to 21 September 2016), the annual fee will be charged in the next few days, but I can call Customer Support to waive the annual fee.

But, for the second year usage of the card (22 September 2016 to 21 September 2017), the annual fee will be charged, and cannot be waived by all means.

Is my understanding correct?

For me in 2014, it AF was auto-charged+auto-waived on 2nd month, after approval.



Not sure nowadays, how HLB charge+waive the AF for year 1.

I suspect HLB purposely charge AF earlier, then auto-waive AF later next few months. Not sure about this. Only way is to ask HLB where is the AF Waiver for year 1.

yes, bill nombor = nombor invoice cukai (tax invoice number, which is to comply with GST).

ensure the ACCOUNT number is correct, bill number is not important. you can even put 0.

What's this promotion about? Saw it in HL connect and wondering if Wise card has no annual fee as well.
