I just received Wise + GSC card yesterday after applying on 14 may. May i know the bill cycle will only start after my card activated? I know the cash back will counting base on calendar month and credit to us by following month 28. Not sure i should activate now or activate by 1 june.

Finally I get a called from HL Branch that to be collect my credit card on tomorrow.

Would like to ask about free luggage bag, based on T&C mentioned that need to spend RM1800 within 60 days from approved date.

My card approved on 9 May and only manage to collect on tomorrow (28 May), how is this going to be, anyone experience this before?

It goes by MCC code instead of merchant-specific. For groceries, MCC 5411.

Not sure about pharmacies though, someone may try at private pharmacies and see.

all came through after i called uobpayonline about my case. i found it really troublesome because they wanted every detail, like bill number, credit card number and time of payment.

i suggest you don't have to call if both uobpayonline payment history and hlb cc online banking say you have paid.

agent asked me to sign 2nd card for this campaign, after I found out the deadline I contacted them to cancel the 2nd card (not wise)... I managed to swipe 2k during the final week of sep, it might be posted on time and gift might also long run out~

For the campaign, as told by the CS, they will extend for one more month for people to get the camera.

I consider myself normal application.

Im totally new to HLB, no saving account or cc with them before, and yes I applied for WISE gold.

Perhaps just my luck? Or hlb is just damn efficient? 

received my card in a snail mail at home. the instruction was to send to office or collect from branch. anyway, the card has arrived before 21Sep. Yay!

Along with the card, is an important notice about PIN.

I called up the CS and asked about this, was told that all existing card holders will slowly receive a replacement card for all credit cards they currently owned. The new card will carry the PIN feature as per instructed by BNM. He further quoted Turkey as one country that has fully switched to PIN credit card. So our old credit card may not be able to use there.
