I think you can request for PIN from bank at the same time when collecting your card

I got mine on another day after I called CS, CS mentioned to me two ways to get a PIN:
- either wait for another separate snail mail or
- walk in bank and request (the faster way)

Besides, I request bank assist to fax SMS Alert form to HQ also
