Hi all experienced hlb users, I just got my Wise card today, gonna activate later.

Just wondering if I am eligible for full RM100 cashback for September if I managed to spend say RM50 x 20 times? smile.gif

Anyone can advise?

Only 10xRM 50 is needed to activate. The remaining no need to spend at least RM 50 per transaction anymore. wink.gif

Ok thanks! Gonna pay 10 times RM50 TNB now via UOB online... smile.gif

activate it ASAP to start paying ur bills!! biggrin.gif

an advise, try paying 1st time RM50 for your TNB using uobpayonline. get used to it, observe the process (e.g. TAC/OTP), then wait for 2 days* and view in your HLConnect.

*why need to wait 2 days? generally, pay today (day 0), posted to your card account tomorrow (day 1), viewable in hlbconnect the following day (day 3).
now you have about 6 working days (recommended) to maximize Sep cashback. try not to use the card after 28th, just in case it got posted over in Oct instead of Sep.

Just paid 6 times, RM50. Dont know what will happen, lol. Keep receiving OTP...lol

In the UOB portal, if I pay 2 bills (2 different TNB account at one time), said charge RM100, considered one or two transaction? biggrin.gif

On the other hand, Maxis onlineeligible also right? Hehe

hlb tracks transactions that you initiated, not how many tnb accounts biggrin.gif

as a general rule of thumb, 1 transaction = 1 OTP. you can also "stack" multiple payments in uobpayonline, so that it will trigger payment one after another (with OTP each).
yes, maxis online (maxispay) is under MOBILE bonus category. you can also use it to pay other accounts too (e.g. for friends and family)

ok thanks!

usually, wait for few hours. since this is weekend, it may be next working day.

you should get notitifcation via your email. with the status of the payment. then you can check the payment history in uobpayonline.

Ok thanks... Say my TNB bill is RM70, but I paid two times RM50, will the second payment get thru? Just curious.

old web design  sweat.gif

nowadays, all modern billing system is cleared based on last outstanding bill first. then knock-off subsequent bills. if excess, then the outstanding would be -ve amount.

no worries, i got mobile bills and even Unifi at -ve hundreds tongue.gif

Ok! Thanks all. Switching from Maybank lol biggrin.gif
