Guys I got this card and additional I'M Card already but I've no HongLeong bank account. How do I check the transaction or bill online? Go to the service center or bank and request to link it?

Hi, new to this card.

Am curious that if I pay thru HLB Connect using this Wise card to pay Telekom and Astro

TM : 70 + 60 = RM130
Astro: 70 + 70 = RM140

Say if this is all done thru Pay & Transc in HLB Connect does it count to 4x transaction for the cash back activation?

I have no HL bank account too when get my Wise card.

I went to the bank and request for a PIN number and link my phone number since TAC is needed

PIN number can be link with your credit card by register from HL website

Login under Personal Online Banking --> First time User --> choose an option to be sign up

After that, follow all instruction until the end (Step 6)

Oh..but the PIN number must get from the bank right? Hmmm need to go to bank during lunch time next week

CS told me the PIN will be send separately after you received your card, but the faster way is walk in to bank and request

No idea on other way, I get mine from bank

erm.. wanna ask, from your pass experience.. if you buy from Aeon Big on 28th, when the transaction will be posted? same month or next month?

I just received my wise yesterday..

if not mistaken, only february month will be posted on the following month, other months posted same month. lol...

anyway, since aeon big have their gift card, i already don't care about the posting date. no issue to use it at any day and any time i want, as long as i reload on the right day and right time.

I think you can request for PIN from bank at the same time when collecting your card

I got mine on another day after I called CS, CS mentioned to me two ways to get a PIN:
- either wait for another separate snail mail or
- walk in bank and request (the faster way)

Besides, I request bank assist to fax SMS Alert form to HQ also

Some branch could not generate PIN. I got my temporary ATM pin thru SMS after the staff activated the card. Another way to get temporary ATM PIN is calling contact center and requesting to reset ATM pin.

Latest by 30th but if you want to play safe, just buy gift card today can spend it on 28th.

No, i requested pin at the same time when collecting the card.
THe officer told me, they cant generated the pin yet, you must activated the card, swipe a transaction and wait for that transaction to be posted by merchant, then only they can generate the pin.
This is what being told by MV HL branch staff.. But from her face, she sounds not sure too, as she keep asking her colleague, and her colleague just said yes yes ya ya.

I received this SMS too, is this step needed? I didn't go to any ATM to change the password.
It is only important for cash advance right which I don't intend to use this facility at all..

For the new implementation of keying in PIN when making a retail purchase, I will think about it later when it is really implemented...
