i just called CFM regarding my complaint to tmnut. i have waited for more then a week for tmnut to respond to my complaint and there has been no contact from them whatsoever. CFM told me that they are still waiting for tmnut to update them about my complaints. it looks like those monkeys at tmnut are either sleeping on the job or they are ignoring CFM after getting many complaints coming from all of us. Anyway, CFM told me to call them back again if those idiots at tmnut don't contact me in a few days about my complaint.

tmnuts r very good at ignoring people complaints one.. so i'm not surprise at all..

Did you know they outsourced their customer service to another company? Then the TM Net staff all protest outside TM Net office in cyberjaya because they lost their jobs.

good then.. served them right..

they can't even take care of their own employees so we their customers will be treated worst lah...

I will stay on ur side for the time goes, FIGHT for our customer right!

I suggest you guy should also query them about not implementing this P2P throttling fairly nationwide.It saddens me when my neighbours are boasting about how fast their Home66 packages are with uncapped P2P download speeds when my RM88 Home package can't even get past 5kB/s!

Ask that f%r#*r CEO what the h#*& is he doing sitting on his b**t smoking crack over his office.We demand an explanation. Why some subscribers are entitled to special treatment when they pay even less?

i have already asked through cfm, but cfm says tmnut didn't update them about the situation yet. so i will wait until the end of the week before i complain to cfm again. i don't bother to email the ceo anymore because he never replies back to me and i don't want to waste my time talking to the robots at tmnut's customer service either.

Those Streamyx techs are exploiting this situation to charge undertable money to change people's port.Last year and before you heard of people saying that they could get uncapped lines by paying some extra amount of money to the installer?Now they case have changed...if you want to have your phone line hooked up to some nice port with nice ip ranges you will need to do more than just making a call up and complain.Fast way is..arrange it with your local Streamyx representitive and tell him what u want of course with some extra duit kopi.He/She'll then do the sweet talking with the Tmnet installer in the exchange.

can anyone else confirm this story. is it true that tmnut and their installers are all a bunch of corrupted buggers who will "fix" your connection or even unthrottle you for extra money under the table?

As a whole problably not. But yes there will always be a tiny percentage who spoils tmnuts image.

Everyone knows their 1-300 is a pure waste of time.When this Streamyx started, you can always call up your local tech directly on his handphone though he'll sometimes not answer you unless he knows you well.But today the only way you can get to them is through your local resellers who seems to know their names and direct contacts *surprisingly if you willing to show them that you're interested.Hard to earn money mah in this country.It's good u get to know more contacts.

I don't know about you all but I'm going to d/l porn 24/7 just to use the bandwidth since my BT is useless now. At least I get something for my monthly bills...

do you mind telling me any resellers in PJ that can offer this "service" you are talking about? PM me if you do. I rather pay this guys then waste my time with tmnut to get rid of the throttling.

It just makes sense making money through exploitation on the system's weaknesses is a norm here.You go to the fruit shop you'll see nice ones of the same type of fruit that you're looking for are often set aside which are sold for higher price.The regular ones are put in front of you. If you have extra to spare good if you don't just take it or leave it.

Same goes for nice ports available at exchanges.You get to choose when you pay more if not just take it as it is.When you pay,"tak ade: also become "ada" or "you mau yang mana satu?

Just walk to some computer shop which is a TMnet Streamyx agent and talk to the boss about your current situation.If he "finds" that you're interested, he'll make some suggestion.I can't guarantee that all of them do but it's up to your "cari makan" skills that you will get him to open his mouth.
