This is just tmnet styles:
1. igonore customers' complaints.
2. trained to become stupid and provide stupid solution.

i spam them with email liau and call them

i tell them if they don't resolve my problem ASAP, you will not get a single cent from me, then they say I can't do that, then i told them why not you can do this to me i can do that to you lar (what chinese say is "you do chor yat i do sap hng"), then they say we could take legal action towards your action...(fuu damn taruh me ) then i mah taruh them back lor and say oohhh that's your way of doing business fine then i'll see you in the consumer court (don't know got or not pakai taruh saja) then before i hang up, i told them do remember before i subscribe the line you ppl tell me there won't be any port filtering or monitoring, how do you explain this, hmmm come and think of it, this is call cheating on consumer, i wonder how much compesation i'll get from TMNET if i see you ppl in court

wah! you are so cool and brave to *** tmnet like that. even they sue you, i think you stand a good chance of winning because they failed to deliver what they have promised you when you signed up for the service and that is unlimited access to the internet. Good show brother! I salute you for standing up for your consumer rights . By the way, did you ask them if they know the meaning of internet or not?

damn i forget about the internet part

I hope everyone here who is affected with BT throttling will taruh them like you. I have already taruh them when some stupid guy from ceo office called me to explain about the throttling 2 weeks ago. Now they don't even bother to call me anymore when I complain to CFM. If thousands of people taruh them like you did just now, I am sure they will get rid of that stupid trafic shaping hardware and remove all the speed restriction.

Ya know what, if you really going to court to solve this problem, I think lots of Bt user here will support you there.

they also have to be more honest to their customers and change their attitude of doing business instead of doing what they do now. They also have to get rid of that stupid tidak apa & malaysia boleh mindset of theirs. They think they have monopoly they can do anything. Like you said before, without us (the customers), tmnet is NOTHING!

to be honest they won't lar talk cock only because if this issues bring out to court, there is no profit for them , and they have broke 1 of their contract requirement, which it say no PORT FILTERING AND TRAFFIC MONITORING.

then goverment will have to step in and that stupid minister lim keng yaek will be forced to resign because he don't know anything about internet.

they also broke another contract requirement and that is unlimited access to internet!

Amazing! Even with the bittorrent throttling, they still can't provide the service promised for non bittorrent traffic.
