i'm new here and I wish to join the club.....

current weight = 56 kg
56 / ( 1.77*1.77) = 17.87
last week->
tuesday - squash
other days - rest
plan for this week->
monday - jogging...
tuesday - squash
wednesday - gym
thursday - rest , as i need to do something..
friday - squash
saturday - jogging
sunday - rest
meals - 3 times a day..
breakfast/branch : 10am - 2eggs + bread
lunch : rice with fish n some beans
dinners : rice with chicken n some vegi...
water : a few glasses of plain water... i avoid cold water...
any advice
