I can so identify with all the crap i eat, even though i do eat a lot. Too lazy to calculate calories too, which i bet is the case with most of us rolleyes.gif. Not really looking to gain weight for now, since i'm pretty happy with the 58kg i'm at. Probably will go for it in a year or two, when i need the extra mass for capo drool.gif

Well, i do know the milk solids will coagulate into a semi-solid, but i do not know whether that makes any difference after digestion. I doubt that will change the liquid content or have any impact on your water intake...
