more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.

QUOTE(Amideva @ Jul 25 2018, 12:27 AM) What is “ON” products? So you can take eggs huh? You not scared of taking too many eggs? Cholesterol. ON = Optimum Nutrition, is a brand name.I take egg dan dairy. For egg, if I cook 5 eggs, I take 2 yellow, and the rest I give to wild cat outside my house. A lot of people just threw it into dustbin, what a waste. |

What if one has Uric acid? A lot of protein-based food are not recommended.
Anyone with experience? |

Drinking naively constructed protein smoothies can be a profoundly nutritious and speedy approach to put on weight, making your own particular smoothies is the most ideal route since business renditions are frequently brimming with sugar and need supplements, it likewise gives you full command over the flavor and supplement content...

How if I'm super busy and no time to workout. But I walk a lot (to/from office/LRT)..maybe around 3 km/day 5x a week.
Bmi17 only, 30/male. Can suggest types of food/supplements to take. Always been small & weak looking since my childhood. I do eat, but maybe not quite enough as I seem to give up hope; used to eat more & take weight gain formula with no success. My colleague recently told me that I must increase my vegetables/phytonutrient intake & I do realize that it is something I lack in my daily diet - nasi lemak/fried rice/fast food/chicken rice mostly. Sedentary lifestyle and desk job. My latest blood test came out okay. No raised cholesterol,BP or anything. |
