QUOTE(owenwong84 @ Oct 28 2017, 01:47 PM) nice.. no pain no gain. Student, still a student now. I had to do with cheap calories... Tonnes of rice for carbs and cartons of eggs for protein. That time u were working? or student? Damn... i read somewhere reply someone taken the mass gain product 2 month gain 10kg. Last time i gain 1 month 1kg my mouth already damn tired. Really, the difficult part of gaining weight is consuming a caloric surplus. If you have the appetite or money for that, then it's no problem. 1 kg a month is pretty good! If you keep it up, that's already 12 kg a year. QUOTE(xdeathz @ Oct 26 2017, 05:17 PM) If you're looking for weight gaining supplement, i would recommend ON Mass Gainer. I gained roughly around 10kg in 2 months but make sure you do work out or else it will all go into your belly lol. However, like what the rest said, try to eat more solid foods instead of relying on supplements. Hi, I am interested on your statement "I gained roughly around 10kg in 2 months".Did your weight drop after you stopped taking mass? or how you keep that 10kg? How many mass did you take in 2 months? |

QUOTE(jagadis @ Jun 16 2017, 05:06 PM) Eat more + weight training. Hi, I am vegetarian gym lovers too. Mind to share me how you eat to gain so much of weight?1. Eat more fat + protein food. You can work on burning the fat later. 2. Start lifting light weights and increase slowly. 3. Get enough sleep everyday I was at 43kg after graduating in 2012. 23 years old btw. In 2013, something opened my eyes and I decided to change the way I looked. Started eating well...oh and I'm a vegetarian. I also stated going to the gym regularly. I am now at 59kg which is good for my height (161cm) Kind of lazy and just want to copy your recipe...hope you dont mind. |

Drinking mass will get tummy, that is normal. By the time u stop taking it, the tummy will be gone. I myself have such experience. I did snoring during taking mass, perhaps the fat all stuck nearby my neck. When i stop drinking mass, those issues being reduced to minimum. |

Hi guys.
I keep reading people recommend to get 2500cal, 3000cal, even 5000cal per day to gain weight. But the truth is, just eating at calorie surplus you will gain weight right? Example my tdee is 1800. So recommended calorie surplus is 250cal. Means i should targeting 2050cal perday to gain weight. Well 2050cal is easy. Example of easy boring simple diet- Morning : 4x white bread, 1glass milk = 400cal Lunch : 1x Rice, 1x Chicken breast, 1x banana = 500cal Snack : 4x white bread, 1glass milk = 400cal Diner : 1x Rice, 1x Chicken breast, 1x banana = 500cal Supper : 1x Mass gainer or other solid food = 400cal (depending on your mass gainer brand) End of the day you will get: Calorie : 2200cal. Protein : 125gm Carb : 331gm Point is, know your tdee and eat at calorie surplus. I read, recommend is 250cal or if can try 500cal of surplus. No need to force your self eating like monster 5000cal per day. I my self also try to gain weight. Have fun |

QUOTE(owenwong84 @ Nov 13 2017, 04:05 PM) Ur gain 10kg in 2 months that time during ur student or working? Not sure if i could achieve the same every month tho..right now at 62.3.after u gained the 10kg, i believe in 60kg, ur next 10kg also same result in 2 month? 20kg in 4 months time is very fast. Im working now so i guess its all depends on the diet anyway because sometimes i didnt follow the strict diet if i am to work at outstation. Yes i actually force myself to eat in the time interval of every 2 hours unless im really busy till i got no time to do that. This post has been edited by xdeathz: Nov 28 2017, 11:12 AM |

QUOTE(ActuallyFlawed @ Oct 10 2017, 02:38 PM) After reading some of the posts here, now I know why I wouldn't gain weight throughout my life. I think you can start by eating incrementally a bit more each meal. You don't have to feel guilty if what you're consuming is healthy. I'd suggest leading a more active lifestyle by playing sports or going to the gym may help with your appetite and gaining some muscle mass. This is what I had and will be having today Breakfast: Oatmeal with raisins+one handful of nuts, apple, orange, almond milk Lunch: Beet root soup with ginger and few pieces of chicken, brown rice Dinner: Random pieces of fruits (Banana, guava, watermelon, pomelo..etc), mee suah/rice noodle/pan mee with one or two veges with 2 eggs And here I am, wondering why would people even get obesity. I am under an unhealthy weight of 41 kg, 158cm (A female) The problem lies with myself actually. Whenever I try to eat more, I get guilty and will cut down on food immediately. I avoid sugary food and fast food. It was half year ago before I had my last McD and 12 months ago for my last piece of KFC. I'm pretty good at avoiding these stuff. I'm looking at weight gaining supplement + HIIT training + Cardio, anyone tried this combination? |
