been eating 5 times a day compared to 3 times a day for the past 3 months. i've exercised 2-3 times a week, once during weekends and the others during early morning in weekdays before going to work (went to the park at 5am lol... i'm too shy and tired to exercise post-work). my workouts consist of bodyweight stuff like push-ups, pull-ups and stuff. the park that i went got these outdoor gym like rowing machine, chest pump-up and whatnot so i try to utilize them as much as possible.

last month i weigh myself at the mall and i only get 1 pound (0.5kg) increment from 62kg to 62.5kg. disappointing... i'll weigh myself again early next month/year. hopefully i'll add another 2 pounds this time. *finger crossed*

i'm 175cm btw. my BMI is normal (around 20) but i wanna increase my weigh to 68-70kg (BMI 22).

i need 140g+ protein.

the entire last week, i've been consuming peanut butter sandwich x2, boiled eggs x10, and 2-litre milk. i did gain weight, but i also experienced nasty breakouts, flatulence and bloatedness-- probably because of the milk. (lactose intolerance)

i wanna cut milk out of my diet, but i can't think of any alternative how to get that 60g+ worth of protein that i can get from milk.

i wanna save money so i don't wanna buy any protein supplements. i also rather prepare my food but i only have rice cooker and my fridge is faulty (it only cools, but can't freeze).

i gave in and decided to buy myself ON: serious mass protein supplement online the other day. but thanks for the suggestion, i should definitely eat more chicken. i've been avoiding it for god knows what reason.

trying to calculate my TDEE... should i say i'm sedentary or moderately active? i work in a call center so i have to sit on my ass 9.5 hours a day, 5 days a week. but for the past 2 months i've been on the gym hard... i never miss 5 days a week for 1-1.5 hours each.

so which one is it?

it's ideal if you know how much calories each of those meals are and i believe you eat too little protein.

did you develop a big tummy while consuming mass gainers? i don't think it is for everyone because for me personally all the weight will go straight to my stomach area and i will develop acne. sweat.gif

Lost 3-4kg from puasa + getting sick for a week. sweat.gif

I've been eating 3 meals a day + protein shake everyday to little to no effect. From now on I'm gonna squeeze in another meal between lunch and dinner to bulk. Finger-crossed.
