been eating 5 times a day compared to 3 times a day for the past 3 months. i've exercised 2-3 times a week, once during weekends and the others during early morning in weekdays before going to work (went to the park at 5am lol... i'm too shy and tired to exercise post-work). my workouts consist of bodyweight stuff like push-ups, pull-ups and stuff. the park that i went got these outdoor gym like rowing machine, chest pump-up and whatnot so i try to utilize them as much as possible.
last month i weigh myself at the mall and i only get 1 pound (0.5kg) increment from 62kg to 62.5kg. disappointing... i'll weigh myself again early next month/year. hopefully i'll add another 2 pounds this time. *finger crossed*
i'm 175cm btw. my BMI is normal (around 20) but i wanna increase my weigh to 68-70kg (BMI 22).
