QUOTE(Everdying @ Jul 3 2016, 03:59 PM) vegetarian or not. all boils down to the same thing, getting the right nutrients / macros. so u need to see whats the best source of protein u can get etc. either from whey, eggs, nuts, soya etc. May I get further infor such as how much i need to consume everyday to ensure sufficient nutrition to grow the trained muscle.

QUOTE(xdeathz @ Oct 26 2017, 05:17 PM) If you're looking for weight gaining supplement, i would recommend ON Mass Gainer. I gained roughly around 10kg in 2 months but make sure you do work out or else it will all go into your belly lol. However, like what the rest said, try to eat more solid foods instead of relying on supplements. Hi, I am interested on your statement "I gained roughly around 10kg in 2 months". Did your weight drop after you stopped taking mass? or how you keep that 10kg? How many mass did you take in 2 months?

QUOTE(jagadis @ Jun 16 2017, 05:06 PM) Eat more + weight training. 1. Eat more fat + protein food. You can work on burning the fat later. 2. Start lifting light weights and increase slowly. 3. Get enough sleep everyday I was at 43kg after graduating in 2012. 23 years old btw. In 2013, something opened my eyes and I decided to change the way I looked. Started eating well...oh and I'm a vegetarian. I also stated going to the gym regularly. I am now at 59kg which is good for my height (161cm) Hi, I am vegetarian gym lovers too. Mind to share me how you eat to gain so much of weight? Kind of lazy and just want to copy your recipe...hope you dont mind.

QUOTE(xdeathz @ Nov 7 2017, 05:36 PM) Nope i havent stop taking the mass gainer. Currently im at 60kg which i believe is still underweight for my height of 173. 1 pack of the 15lbs mass gainer each month fyi. I same as yours, 60kg at 173cm. Struggling to increase another 5kg, might consider to retake mass

QUOTE(internaldisputes @ Nov 8 2017, 09:48 AM) did you develop a big tummy while consuming mass gainers? i don't think it is for everyone because for me personally all the weight will go straight to my stomach area and i will develop acne. Drinking mass will get tummy, that is normal. By the time u stop taking it, the tummy will be gone. I myself have such experience. I did snoring during taking mass, perhaps the fat all stuck nearby my neck. When i stop drinking mass, those issues being reduced to minimum.

QUOTE(Amideva @ Jul 25 2018, 12:27 AM) What is “ON” products? So you can take eggs huh? You not scared of taking too many eggs? Cholesterol. ON = Optimum Nutrition, is a brand name. I take egg dan dairy. For egg, if I cook 5 eggs, I take 2 yellow, and the rest I give to wild cat outside my house. A lot of people just threw it into dustbin, what a waste.

QUOTE(Amideva @ Jul 28 2018, 10:42 AM) I see. You cook the eggs... as in fried eggs /omelette or smashed eggs. Very good of you to feed the rest to cats. hard boiled egg, the best way to absorb its protein compared to liquid form.
