Been skinny my whole life. Started force feeding myself since last 2 months and I am seeing gain of 2 kg. Form 50kg to 52kg for a guy. Still skinny but my physical build improves a lot

where to buy food to gain weight? i need more than 3 meals a day, I don't cook at home, if eat outside for 5 meals I think I wasted my time waiting.. is there anything I can buy and just put in the heater and eat it? my time is not cheap lol

Really, the difficult part of gaining weight is consuming a caloric surplus. If you have the appetite or money for that, then it's no problem.

Lost 3-4kg from puasa + getting sick for a week. sweat.gif

I've been eating 3 meals a day + protein shake everyday to little to no effect. From now on I'm gonna squeeze in another meal between lunch and dinner to bulk. Finger-crossed.

I've gained 10kg in 3 months when I was studying abroad in UK last year.
From 54kg to 64kg

Went to gym 6 days per week, zero cardio, focusing on shoulders, chest, back, legs. Basically the core big muscles, and also abs training every day.
Meals wise, 3 meals per day.
For breakfast, full English breakfast and oats and milk.
Lunch and dinner, I have taken two men portion food, a lot of carbs like pastas, potato, and meat (chicken, lamb, beef(seldom)). Also, dessert like cake and cookies every day after dinner. Not to forget, a bowl of salad too.

Come back to Malaysia, drop to 58kg after half a year due to lack of meals intake (expensive quality protein) and workout...

Edit: Went to gym 5 days per week, and 1 day futsal

go to a fitness guy and ask him to set up a daily meal plan for a month for you. They know what to eat and how often or when.

And, most important;y - hot to gain weight safely so that it isnt going to quick, which can lead to health issues.

Then, once you had tyour conslutation - stick to it.

It is hard to gain weight, so discipline is essential.

Increase calories intake through good quality protein, carbs and fats. Weight training fall into the rep range of hypertrophy 8-12 reps. Sleep 8 hours and drink lots of water.

Likely that it is your metabolism very high. First switch to healthier diet then consider taking protein shakes but also consume more healthy fat like avocado. You also need to exercise and build up muscle mass, if not your weight gain also wont be healthy and sustainable.

1-2 KG / month is ALOT Lehhzzz! My boyfriendz also wan to gain weight and he only increase 1kg every 3 months...
