if you are someone who are picky about the tase..yes its good..but i just chugged down regardless of taste cus its the only flavor that were sold at that time

Try for banana flavour for the first time, the smell feels chemical compare to other brand.
Its like perfume that use in car

Hi,
Currently I trying to bulk myself as I just started gym for 2 month.
Height = 173 Weight = 51
So far, I only increase 1kg until now.
As previously was skinny before start gym so far got some muscle but not big enough.
Trying go get more weight as I can.
Here my current meal plans:

Breakfast 8.30 am = 2 whole wheat bread with cheese and peanut butter + 4 full boiled egg without york
2nd meal 11.00 am = protein shake (Super mass gainer) 1 scoop
Lunch 1.00 pm = sometime will cook spaghetti with chicken breast + egg + broccoli + mushroom / chinese restaurant (mix rice with meats / garlic ginger chicken rice with egg
3rd meal 4.30 pm = 2 whole wheat bread with cheese and peanut butter + 1/2 full boiled egg without york
Dinner (after gym time 7pm to 8.30) = eat chicken katsu don / mix rice

This had been continue as least 1 month but still very hard for me to gain weight.
Is there something wrong with the meals?
Can someone suggest me what should I change?

Firstly, do a calorie count on your meals.

Secondly, eat ALL the yolks. And your 3rd meal, just eat the full egg, why halve it?

1. I not sure how to count all the calories of the foods i eating.
2. I thought eat too much yolks is not good for body? Btw, I not really like to eat full boiled yolks.
3. I mean 1 or 2 eggs im sorry if the way i type mislead some information.

Currently, i'm trying to change all the meals to more chicken breast and broccoli mix cauliflower.

Yeah. I notice that somewhere else selling for it RM18x.
Currently, I comparing the ingredient of it with few product such as Optimum nutrition 100% whey gold standard and bsn syntha-6.
People mostly recommend the optimum nutrition as I don't know why cause I don't really understand what the ingredient it made from.
Anyway, even I consume whey protein I also need to hit the calories and protein by eating clean food right?

Hey guys,

I am 177cm / 55kg , i have just started gym for 2 weeks.am wondering if the below stated is sufficient.

5:30 am - Ensure Milk, 2 Slice of Bread with peanut butter, a half boil egg

8:30am - Fried rice with egg

1:00pm- lunch , normal mixed rice(a portion of meat ,a portion of eggs, a portion of vege) , a slice of papaya

4.00pm - protein shake (half serving of real mass weight gainer)

7.00 pm - dinner (almost similar with lunch)

10.00pm - Ensure Milk and Oats biscuits

I am trying not to go until the extend of really controlling my diet and having the same food everyday

Hi guys,

I took protein shake and have side effect.

Can I take egg white as a replacement? I mean let say my 1 scoop protein shake is around 20g protein, So can i take approximately 5 eggs white as replacement.

diarrhea and overheaty. I use lactose intolerance protein shake but still the same. My stomach kind of too sensitive.

will it too much cholesterol to consume 5 eggs whole daily?

Which protein shake is that? I have lactose intolerance as well but ON Gold Whey is fine for me.

No worries on the cholesterol part. Contrary to popular belief, cholesterol is essential for our body. Cholesterol you consume will NOT cause you to have a heart attack (it's not that simple) and cholesterol levels are regulated by our body, if you consume less cholesterol laden food, your body produces less cholesterol, vice versa.

To cut it short, don't worry about eating many eggs or other cholesterol rich food. smile.gif

I use Ultimate Nutrition Protein Isolate.
Maybe I guess for me is digestive issue. Even though is a shake but my stomach seem not able to take it.

Isn't ON Gold Whey mainly Whey Concentrate/isolate ? In contrast to hydrolyzed, I believe trips to the toilet would be lesser. I tried taking 2-3 servings of whey concentrate/isolate once in one sitting (ON's Gold Standard and pure whey) , had an amazing time in the lavatory. Hydrolyzed on the other hand gave me slightly lesser effects.
