Hi,
Currently I trying to bulk myself as I just started gym for 2 month.
Height = 173 Weight = 51
So far, I only increase 1kg until now.
As previously was skinny before start gym so far got some muscle but not big enough.
Trying go get more weight as I can.
Here my current meal plans:
Breakfast 8.30 am = 2 whole wheat bread with cheese and peanut butter + 4 full boiled egg without york
2nd meal 11.00 am = protein shake (Super mass gainer) 1 scoop
Lunch 1.00 pm = sometime will cook spaghetti with chicken breast + egg + broccoli + mushroom / chinese restaurant (mix rice with meats / garlic ginger chicken rice with egg
3rd meal 4.30 pm = 2 whole wheat bread with cheese and peanut butter + 1/2 full boiled egg without york
Dinner (after gym time 7pm to 8.30) = eat chicken katsu don / mix rice
This had been continue as least 1 month but still very hard for me to gain weight.
Is there something wrong with the meals?
Can someone suggest me what should I change?
