diarrhea and overheaty. I use lactose intolerance protein shake but still the same. My stomach kind of too sensitive.

will it too much cholesterol to consume 5 eggs whole daily?

Last time I tried to gain weight, I took 10-15 whole eggs daily. With 2-3 times protein shake as well. I'm lactose intolerance as well. Took me some time to finally find the right shake for me. Some caused more diarrhea than gain weight. Gained around 12kg in 6 weeks. But after that, lazy already 😂

Drinking 3-4 Glasses of HOT water BEFORE (or in the morn) expands your belly thus after peeing it out allows you to eat even more

Is there any scientific papers to back your theory ?

There was one day after I drank mass effect revolution weight gainer, my belly has a weird feeling but no stomachache. Is this lactose intolerance? Should I continue drinking? If continue drinking, I have to drink 700ml cold water weight gainer on empty stomach immediately after waking up. Is drinking everyday like this hurt my stomach?

Rumours say that you will have kidney failure and such if you take mass gainer/protein, however it can be solved by simply drinking more plain water.

If you want more information, need to ask the tai kor here

A fitness freak fren of mine used to ate boiled/steamed chicken breast and potatoes (skinless) for most of his meals. No seasonings, no sauce, no gravy watsoever.

That is very unsustainable. No one should eat like that.

It's just protein. You can get them from meat, dairy and other sources. The good thing about whey protein is the concentration of protein per calory. Usually it's about 75% protein. 1scoop of whey protein will give u around 25g of protein but only about 130 calories. Plus, it's convenient to consume it too.
