How can you lack food intake if you already plan your meal? Planning your meal means that you set what you are going to eat the whole day in accordance to your calorie requirement.
For example, if you need 3000kcal per day:
Breakfast - 500kcal (2 servings of HoneyStar, 400ml of full cream milk, 1 cup of blueberry)
Lunch - 1000kcal (Nasi Kukus Ayam Dara, normal rice, big breasted chicken)
Dinner - 1000kcal (350g of Steak, 1 cup of mashed potato, 2 cups of brocolli and carrot)
Supper - 500kcal (1 serving Whey Protein, 2 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1 chilled banana, 400ml of milk)
Have a plan like this so that you are able to reach your calorie intake.
p/s: Shitting after you had a meal is normal. What you shat is the food that you've previously eaten, not the one that you just eaten. Your stomach took 6-8 hours to digest a meal.
Major thanks for the elaborate info, much appreciated.
I have my weekly plans (not really weekly, but plans for 2-3days later), but sticking to the plan is hard.
For 1, I usually can't commit to my breakfast plan, as I am caught up with work.
And on weekends, I usually wake up late, that by then, it is already lunch.
I know the err is on my part, and I am working on it.
As for shitting, I felt the urge right after I consume food. Which I think should not be the case.
Say, I didn't consume breakfast. And I have po0ped the night before.
So to po0p right after lunch is uncool, as supposedly, there is nothing else to p0op!
Hmm... Is there any supplement to help with nutrient absorption?
I really hope that the food I am consuming, I get to reap the nutrients,
and not just bypass from throat, straight to anus.
