Just ignore what other people think. In the end, it's your body, not theirs.

I have a skinny guy in our gym. Nobody laughs at him, you never know he might become bigger than all of us in the future.

Keep your spirits high.

eh,you shouldn't feel discouraged. always rmbr, as guys, we are extremely lucky that we have a lot of control over how we look. you may be thin now but you can always get bigger and look better. compared to thin women, who cant put on weight like we do or they risk looking weird.

p.s i've never really understood the difficulty of gaining weight. my original weight is around 70kg, but i am currently 88kg. it is basic science bro. and dedication of course. but i'd rather have to eat more and work out than to eat lest(diet) and work out.

Using myfitnesspal app, how can we know which food is provided with the correct info?

I search for 'ayam', for example. There are redundancy in the result. Or do you only see the average?

LOL am sure it is baffling why is it hard for people to gain weight.
I mean, end of the end, it is all about food intake/eat eat eat!

Yeah I had the same thoughts too. But when I embark on the journey to gain weight, I'd soon realized it is not as easy as I would have thought.

Try as I might, I am still unable to gain weight. I think it's got to do with my metabolism, and my lifestyle.

Do you calculate your calorie requirement?
Do you calculate your food intake?
Do you plan your meal for a week?

Do all three and you sure can achieve your goal.

Yes for the three.

However, I am lacking in food intake, which may be the culprit for not able to gain weight.

Is there a supplement to assist in nutrient absorption? I am worried that I am malnutrition because I seem to buang air soon after consuming food.

How can you lack food intake if you already plan your meal? Planning your meal means that you set what you are going to eat the whole day in accordance to your calorie requirement.

For example, if you need 3000kcal per day:
Breakfast - 500kcal (2 servings of HoneyStar, 400ml of full cream milk, 1 cup of blueberry)
Lunch - 1000kcal (Nasi Kukus Ayam Dara, normal rice, big breasted chicken)
Dinner - 1000kcal (350g of Steak, 1 cup of mashed potato, 2 cups of brocolli and carrot)
Supper - 500kcal (1 serving Whey Protein, 2 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1 chilled banana, 400ml of milk)

Have a plan like this so that you are able to reach your calorie intake.

p/s: Shitting after you had a meal is normal. What you shat is the food that you've previously eaten, not the one that you just eaten. Your stomach took 6-8 hours to digest a meal.

Major thanks for the elaborate info, much appreciated.

I have my weekly plans (not really weekly, but plans for 2-3days later), but sticking to the plan is hard.

For 1, I usually can't commit to my breakfast plan, as I am caught up with work.
And on weekends, I usually wake up late, that by then, it is already lunch.

I know the err is on my part, and I am working on it.

As for shitting, I felt the urge right after I consume food. Which I think should not be the case.

Say, I didn't consume breakfast. And I have po0ped the night before.
So to po0p right after lunch is uncool, as supposedly, there is nothing else to p0op!

Hmm... Is there any supplement to help with nutrient absorption?
I really hope that the food I am consuming, I get to reap the nutrients,
and not just bypass from throat, straight to anus.

I am indeed using the app to track my food intake.
Based from my findings, I am not meeting my daily calorie requirements, mainly because of missed meals.
Am working on it, to make sure I don't skip meals.

i drank Lemon & Hibiscus (From herbal Life) every morning before breakfast. Drink another during lunch . Helps with the digestion and reduce belly bloating & increase metabolism.

Works great. rclxm9.gif
