Hi I'm currently 176cm with 60kg.

previously my weight is 57kg n im 175cm tall..i start taking gainer n eat a lot of rice..go to gym 4 times per week..in one week i gain 6kg n my weight now maintain at 65 n 66 kg..

Hi all.
Based on BMI calculation, I am considered as underweight. So am planning to buy the weight gain powder available at most major stores. Question is, is it okay if I were to mixed the powder with my coffee, as a replacement of Coffee Mate? Advise please, thanks. |
