everytime i eat cant eat that much, stomach is small. and i'm at college so a bit hard to eat 7 times / day . i eat 4times only And normal breakfast/lunch/dinner/supper(burger). I'm at college so abit hard to eat 7times a day, any suggestion gaining weight in college life? anyways read this in some weight gain product feature is this true? i think this is what i really need "WaxySpeed with Waxy Maize carbohydrate technology dramatically increases the speed at which amino acids from proteins, carbohydrates, creatine and other critical nutrients pass through the stomach while also increasing the amount that are absorbed. This carbohydrate technology acts like an internal vacuum by pulling many nutrients and water directly into muscle faster than ever. "

copy pasta... QUOTE add these foods if you want to gain weight: 1. 1L of whole milk a day (500kcal) 2. 1 cup of almonds (800kcal) 3. 8 tbsps of natural peanut butter (600kcal) 4. 1 bar of dark chocolate (200kcal)
that's roughly 2100kcal (off the top of my head) a day and the rest of your meals (i assume at least 3), eat them like you normally would. eat them throughout the day and before bed.

For those trying to gain weight, don't suddenly force large amount of food into your stomach. You need to give your body time to adjust. Increase your food consumption in stages (Health Food I mean).
And just as important, you need to go to the Gym, to sitmulate your body and muscles to grow. Without the correct stimulation, you are just trying to put on mainly Fat weight around the waist.
Also a third factor, when you start working out at the Gym, you also need a lot of rest and proper sleep. That's when your Body repairs and grows from the nutrients derived from the food that you eat.

Nobody can help you except yourself. So do yourself a favour by construct a healthy and nutritious diet plan. Follow the plan and do some workout.

To those who have underweight problem, here is what you can do:
1. Eat more than you calorie maintenance. Find what is the value of your calorie maintenance and consume 20% more than that and you'll increase your weight. There is no other way than this.
2. Split the calorie needed into several small meals preferably 5-6 meals. Since most underweight people have a problem of eating a lot of food, this would solve the problem.
3. Eat calorie dense food such as peanuts. A small amount of peanuts have a lot of calorie in in.
