for most skinny people, splitting the meal to several small meals could help you to achieve your targeted calorie intake. For example, a 3000kcal meal could be separated into 6 meals and you just need to eat 500kcal on one seating. Surely a hardgainer can eat that right? Unless you are anorexia.

ok but can i know with my weight of 49kg and wanna get 8 - 10 more kg in 2 - 3 month, how many calories do i have to get per day? is there any calculation?

You don't need protein to gain weight, just increase ur daily calorie intake by a lot.

If ur looking for supplements to gain weight it's mass gainer

You don't need protein supplements to increase your weight. You just need to eat more than your calorie maintenance preferably 20% more while having a proper carb/protein/fat ratio.

You need protein to grow but protein suppelements aren't necessary. Mass gainers are a bad choice to consume as it has a lot of simple carbs that made the most calorie in it

Sleeping maybe have a very little impact on weight gaining process. If you sleep 15 hours a day without consuming suficient food to grow, you ain't going to grow

Now im a student.... eat supper is my compulsory job daily... ur supper mean go out eat or just at home makan roti + milo or oat? but my size still remain... i have do workout like pushup ...
