Most of the time .. I have been working from morning till midnight .. 6 days a week .. I guess I don't really have time to workout. Traveling to and back from walk .. on foot is that consider exercising as well ? At least 20 minutes a day.  Regards, Hughie

For this gaining weight issue already been asked and discussed in my family .. about my size and weight. Consult doc / dietitian and yet they are telling me that I'm healthy just that my body's metabolism rate is higher than anyone else. That's why I cant gain weight .. Guess what ? .. I'm somewhere around 45 - 49KG ..
