I just got TP mesh Deco M4. current setup is Maxis fibre 300mbps with Huawei modem and Tplink archer c5v router

1) is it advisable to replace C5v with M4 as main router or shld just use M4 as Access Point with c5v?

2) if were to replace c5v with m4 as router, during pppoe setup shld i choose maxis1 profile or maxis2 profile? what is Maxis VLAN code?

Actually if you don't use the phone then directly you can change your M4 as router. For me as I use the phone, then I plug my M5 to the router while I shutdown the WiFi on c5v.

Is not about speed, is about the stability of the line and also wifi connection.
VOIP refer to the free phone provided by Maxis, if you not using it then can ignore this.
I am also using Archer Cv5, it is actually TP Link router with custom firmware for Maxis.
Solution is simple, you can either buy after market router to replace this Archer Cv5.
But you need to have technical know-how on replace the router.
If you are technical noob, the easy way is to buy a TP Link Mesh wifi (M4 or M5 will do).
Configure the mesh wifi as your main AP, and disable the wifi function in Archer Cv5.

Guys need help.

Any idea whats going on? I have been having this issue for many months.

All my devices are always connected to the Maxis wifi router. The wifi signal seems 100% but most of the time all my devices load websites halfway seem stucked or couldnt load websites all. The thing is, after I disconnect and reconnect to the wifi, sometimes the website loads. Sometimes i got fed up with this unstable loading time i disconnect from wifi then use 4G data which I neven had any issues loading websites

Got a call from Maxis for free speed upgrade from current 100mbps to 300mbps for 1 year and thereafter RM149/mth.
No new contract if there's no change of router.
Free minutes on fixed line calls will be removed and given 2 options, payu @ 9sen/min or RM10/mth for some free unlimited call.

Happened to one of my phones connecting through WiFi. Not always though.
If disconnect WiFi and use mobile data straight can load webpages, shopee games etc.
I always thought is phone issue so I can workaround it.

I just received a call from Maxis (or their agent) offering me a free Samsung 65" 4K TV if I signed up Maxis Home Fibre with 500Mbps and above plan. I just need to pay RM1 for the TV. I am currently a Unifi user with 1 year left in my contract. They even offer to pay up to RM500 of my penalty fee if I terminate my Unifi account now.

Can someone confirm if anyone else also received this kind of offer from Maxis?
