On top of that, with the connecting infra, they should also consider bringing more conventional boosting components such as public school, college, medical center/hospital, public transport station into the township. sps thought the response will be like eco templer is it? and seh buyer thought seh will repeat the same setia alam miracle is it? that will take some time to happen, i m not sure if there will be a lot of enrolment in that tenby international school

Tbh setia alam activities are really slow during the day and Dead at night. Even semenyih has more chinese eateries to go to. Well I may be wrong but there is nth much to be brag abt setia alam in terms of vibrancy and activities. I feel the activities here will pick up faster than setia alam which has been trying to push since many years ago. My personal experience to setia city mall today is pretty bad. Even ecomajestic showroom has more ppl than setia city mall. Speaking abt miracle in setia alam? They have many unsold new launches and an infamous failed duta villa. With the upcoming EA in setia alam pipeline, good luck. |

First day sold 100 units consider good result.
Setia alam during good time can easily sold out within one day coz they din launch so many units within one phase plus market booming up If not mistaken, Setia alam average won't launched more than 100 units within one phase even during super good time 2009 till 2012. After change management, marketing strategy oso change lor. |
