only two types got 10/90 scheme but these types are not fully extended, 20x65 is fully extended but no 10/90 scheme but got rebate, those types with 10/90 scheme also got rebate if you sign loan agreement within 6 months so effectively, it's cheaper than the cheapest 20x65 type if you consider interest savings during construction

sps thought the response will be like eco templer is it? and seh buyer thought seh will repeat the same setia alam miracle is it? that will take some time to happen, i m not sure if there will be a lot of enrolment in that tenby international school
